New LyonsType font: Festive

"Festive" is a Victorian display font that reflects on the true Christmas spirit. It is also a refinement of the original Wedlock font with redesigned flourishes, some glyphs that are altered from Wedlock like the lowercase 'a', the question mark, and so on. None of the editions of Wedlock such as Cardinal, Cymbeline, Wish and Kardanal were that accurate, so it has been decided that "Festive" takes the lead in accuracy.
